Apples Yellow
Originating from a breeding program in Japan, the Yello™ is a cross between a Golden Delicious and Senshu apple. Known for its golden yellow skin, Yello™ features a complex, sweet flavour that will entice consumers everywhere. Montague believes Yello™ has the potential to add further diversity in terms of color and flavour to the Australian apple market.
