Mistletoe - Hunter Chardonnay
From an exceptional vintage.
Hand harvested from the Mistletoe Home Vineyard and another long established Hermitage Road vineyard.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed to older French oak puncheons for fermentation and maturation prior to bottling in October 2018.
Classic Hunter Chardonnay from a great vintage showing the typical flavours of white each and melon underpinned by well balanced oak.
Food match – Char grilled Chicken Caesar salad.
Drink now to 2025.
